## Return & Exchange Window
- 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

## Conditions for Return/Exchange
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be unused/unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- Include all tags/protective covers, manuals, accessories, and freebies (if any).
- Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
**Size exchanges**: We accept size exchanges when available. Items must meet the above conditions. If the requested size is out of stock, we can offer a refund or store credit per your preference.
We cannot accept:
- Items with signs of use or damage not caused by transit/defect.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty) if opened/used.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Final sale items or gift cards.

## How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Product name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for return/exchange
- If defective/damaged: photo or short video clearly showing the issue
After reviewing your request, we will:
1. Provide the return address and an RMA number (if applicable).
2. Send packing and shipping instructions.
3. Confirm whether a prepaid return label is provided (see “Who pays for return shipping?” below).

## Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Our error/defect/damaged/wrong item: We cover return shipping (prepaid label provided).
- Change of mind/size exchange/fit preference: Customer covers return shipping. Â

## Refund Methods & Timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
- Processing time: up to 10 business days after approval. Â
 (Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.)
- Credit card chargebacks may appear within 1–2 statements after completion via the payment gateway.

## Exchanges
- For a faster exchange: return the item (per instructions above) and place a new order for the desired item/size once your return is accepted; or
- Request a direct exchange (subject to stock). We will hold your replacement for 7 days after issuing your RMA.

## Damages & Issues
