**FREE SHIPPING TO ALL THE UNITED STATES!**  
We deliver to all US addresses free of charge.

## 1. Purchase Policy
All products available on **www.getshopplyze.com** are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided at checkout.  
- Orders are processed and shipped within **1 to 3 business days** after payment confirmation.  
- Delivery time: **15 to 45 business days**, depending on location.  
- The delivery countdown starts after processing time.  

We guarantee delivery of your order. If a product is lost during the delivery process, we are responsible for refunding the **full amount paid**, provided that **80 business days** have passed since shipment.  
All products are shipped insured against loss and include free online tracking. Delivery success rate is over 99%.  

**Note:** You may receive more than one package, as products may come from different suppliers. If you receive one item first and others later, this is completely normal.

## 2. Order Tracking
Products are shipped via USPS or another carrier. A **Tracking Code** will be provided, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.  
The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available from Getshopplyze.

## 3. General Conditions

### 3.1 Address Accuracy
Getshopplyze will ship products to the exact address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is **complete and correct** to avoid delivery issues.  

### 3.2 Absent Recipient
Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. Delivery attempts and post office pickup details (if applicable) will be recorded in the tracking system, accessible with the tracking code provided.  

### 3.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Getshopplyze is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.  
- If the address is incorrect or incomplete, as per carrier rules, the package will be returned to sender.  
- No additional delivery attempts will be made to that address.  
- The customer must pay a **new shipping fee** for the order to be resent.
